Did you all watch the big game today? No? Neither did I. Today, I had big plans to go on a road trip to get some In-N-Out burger and then go shopping at the Woodburn Outlet stores. Well, it didn't happen. We made it as far as Sherwood, and I started feeling nauseated. The feeling was sudden and then overwhelming. I thought that I just needed to eat, so we stopped at a fast food restaurant to get a quick snack. The snack wasn't enough, so it was time to go back home. It definitely did not help that I woke up with a major headache. Ugh, nothing today has worked out as planned.
After coming back home, I mostly spent the day in bed. I'm not complaining because sometimes you just need to spend the day in bed. My energy level is super low right now. Tomorrow, I have my second week of my Strength-Based Leadership class. I still have a lot to do to prepare for the class. I tried starting the assigned reading and paperwork, but I couldn't get past the first chapter without almost passing out from exhaustion.
I am hoping to wake up early enough tomorrow morning, so I can read the materials and work on the assignments before the meeting.
