Love Your Environment

Dearest Night Owls,

Happy World Environment Day, beautiful night owls. Even though today is recognized as World Environment Day, we all should be observing protecting and improving our environment every day of the year. Humans have spent way too many years, destroying the only planet that we call home. It really has got to stop because humans aren't the only living creatures in this world, and we sure as hell aren't the greatest asset on this planet. If anything, humans are evidently the worst living addition to this planet. Humans need to do so much better to try and fix everything that we have ruined since day one. The sad part is that everyone can do something small every day to improve the quality and preservation of our too fragile planet. Continue to recycle, end the use of plastic, don't litter, get involved in volunteer opportunities to clean up in your local community, and continue to be mindful of the ecosystems that are local as well as worldwide.

Speaking of ecosystems, tonight, I saw something so incredibly impressive while I was at work. When I arrived at work, I called for Pickles and he came running. We did our usual routine where he rolled around on the sidewalk, followed me into the facility, I refreshed his water and wet food and placed it both outside for him to enjoy. In the middle of the night, I went back outside to see if Pickles was still in the area. Apparently, Pickles was not outside of the facility at that time. However, there was an occupant enjoying the cat food...this was definitely a first for me. After first observing what I saw, I immediately went back inside of the facility to grab my phone so I could capture this cool event on my phone:

In celebration of World Environment Day, I also wanted to share some videos, that I created over the years, from different parts of our grand environment with which I cherish so much...I still have so much more to capture on camera!
