It's a new week! Take a deep breath, stay focused, and get ready for the prospect of amazing adventures.
On this day, I didn't do too much out of the normal. I did accomplish a few tasks today, which were not within the normal routine of a typical Monday. This morning, I woke myself up at 03:25 AM. I decided to stay awake, in order to spend the morning awake before I need to adjust my sleep schedule for my upcoming work week. I figure, the earlier that I wake up would theoretically allow me to go to back to bed at an earlier time. I adjust my sleep schedule to ensure that I can still accomplish my daily standing goal on my Apple Watch, which is to stand and move around for one minute/12 times a day. I am so thankful that I purchased a smart watch in order to keep me obliged to complete daily goals to maintain an active lifestyle.
