I want to wish my fellow motherly owls a very happy and blessed Mother’s Day. Personally, I am not a mother of human children, but of fur-babies. I consider my cats like my children, and they know that I would do anything for them. To my babies: Chester, James, and Precious. Mommy loves you so much❣
Mother's Day can be a difficult, even traumatizing day, and I know because today is a rough day for me. I see social media flooded with all of these posts of mothers and their children, both young and adult children. I don't have images or nice memories to post about me and my mother. Enough said.
I do have to admit, I definitely learned what not to do and how not to treat people from as far back as I can remember. The day is still tough for me because I do find myself still envious observing adults my age still really close with their amazing mothers.
Today, I decided to treat this day like any other Sunday. Still recovering from my depressed event from yesterday, I decided to just do the essentials. This morning, I gave James his pill that he needs every other week for his hypercalcemia. After I ate breakfast, I forced myself into the shower so I could look presentable when I left the house. I did my weekly grocery shopping, returned some shoes, and started some laundry. Oh yeah, I was really living it up over here.
This morning, I woke up from having yet another vivid and fantastical dream. The only way to best describe this dream was something out of Harry Potter. I definitely had magic abilities, and at one point, I could also fly. I even found myself flying around the skies, with another guy. I even found myself competing to see who could fly to the highest point before reaching the Earth's atmosphere. Guess what? I won. I love dreams where I can fly. The flying part wasn't like Harry Potter because I didn't need a broom to fly. The part that felt like something out of Harry Potter came later in the dream, which involved a gorgeous train that was very similar to the train from Harry Potter. I am also a fan of Harry Potter, night owls. I am, of course, from House Gryffindor. According to my Myers-Briggs Personality Test (very good matches for ENFJ and INFJ), I rank between a Gryffindor and a Ravenclaw. Trust me, it fits perfectly and makes so much sense!

Tonight, I am probably going to find some time to read some more of my book. For those of you who don't know, I am totally obsessed with this book series called Crave by Tracy Wolff. I highly recommend the books to my fellow night owls who love the paranormal, like myself. I love, love, love the paranormal. So much so that I can only see the main paranormal investigator from Ghost Adventures (Zak Bagans) when I read and was introduced to the main bad boy name Jaxon Vega. Oh. My. Vampire. I'm sorry, Edward Cullen, you have nothing on Jaxon Vega.
